Exports and reports

Take the results elsewhere: CSV and Excel exports, the list of broken links, the PDF report and XML sitemaps.

Export a table

The Export button above every table saves the rows you see, as CSV or Excel: the current tab, with its filter, search, rules and sort order. To hand a developer the list of broken pages, for example, open Response codes, choose Client error (4xx) and export.

CSV files open in Excel with umlauts and accents intact. Very large Excel exports are split into several sheets.

The Export menu

For the whole crawl at once, use the Export menu at the top of the window:

Report (PDF/HTML)…: A health report to send to a client or your team: the score, the issues with their explanations and examples, and the change since the previous crawl. Add your company name and logo in Settings › Reports.
All issues…: One row per issue and URL: severity, topic, issue, address.
All links…: Every link between the crawled pages: source, target, type, anchor text, follow or nofollow, position and the target's status.
Broken links with their sources…: Only the links to pages that return an error or no response, with the page each link is on: your to-do list for fixing links.
Generate XML sitemap…: A sitemap of every indexable page, split into several files with an index past 50,000 URLs. Optionally with last-modified dates, change frequency and priority.
Generate image sitemap…: The indexable pages with the images in their main content.

Exports can also run on their own: a scheduled crawl (Crawl›Scheduling…) can save the PDF report and CSV or Excel exports into a folder after every run.
