Before you write

• Make sure you have the latest version: the app shows when an update is ready, and the download page always has the current one. The changelog lists what each release fixed.
• A site blocks the crawl or shows different pages? Try JavaScript rendering, another user agent, or a lower crawl speed in the crawl configuration.

Report a problem

Write to info@bumblecrawl.com. It helps a lot if you include:

• your BumbleCrawl version (shown in the app's About dialog) and your operating system,
• what you did, what you expected and what happened instead,
• the site you crawled, if you can share it, and a screenshot of any error message.

Please don't send crawl files unless we ask: they can contain data about your site that you may not want to share.
